  • Zero-knowledge architecture (we cannot access your data)

  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
  • Not using the service for illegal activities, harassment, or spam

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Pro-Chemicals to:

Due to our zero-knowledge encryption architecture, we cannot recover lost passwords. If you lose your password without setting up a recovery key, your account and data will be permanently inaccessible.

While we strive for 100% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to:

  • Impose usage limits to ensure fair access

9. Intellectual Property
